Refund and Return Policy

Returns

Our refund policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You need to pay one-way courier fees to our nearest warehouse in Al Mankhool, Dubai to return an item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at hello@bajra.ae and send your item directly to us.

Shipping Costs

Our products are shipped using the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, and DHL. To return your product, you should mail your product to Al Mankhool, Bur Dubai.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend all customers get a tracking number from their local post office when sending their items back to us.

Local Taxes and Customs Duties

Based on the destination country, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply to your order. Please note that these charges are determined by the authorities of the respective country and are not refundable.
